Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Lodgy platform and services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our luggage logistics solution.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, creating a Partner Account, or request for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Description

Lodgy provides a technology platform to arrange and schedule luggage transportation and storage services between various locations. The transportation services are performed by third-party independent contractors or verified partners.

3. Partner Accounts

Hotels and Travel Agencies must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Partners are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

4. Liability & Insurance

We prioritize the safety of your belongings. Every shipment booked through Lodgy includes basic insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for prohibited items, undeclared valuables, or pre-existing damage.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
